Why Northstack exists
Large organizations have IT departments, security teams and Salesforce specialists. Smaller organizations usually have one person handling IT on top of their real job, or no one at all.
Northstack IT Group was started to close that gap. We give nonprofits and small organizations the same planning, tools and protection that bigger organizations take for granted, at a cost that fits their budget.
We come from the nonprofit world, including years supporting legal aid organizations. We know the grant cycles, the tight budgets and the responsibility of protecting client data, and we bring that understanding to every client.
Northstack is based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and serves organizations across Kentucky in person and anywhere in the country remotely.
Who leads Northstack
Northstack is led by Rehman Khalid. Before starting Northstack, Rehman was IT Director at a legal aid organization, responsible for its technology strategy, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, devices and security. Earlier in his career he worked as a network administrator, managing the networks, servers and systems a business runs on.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Network Management from Murray State University. That mix of hands-on network work, security training and IT leadership is what Northstack brings to every client.
